What does "Meet & Drive" mean?
“Meet & Drive” is not an EESYAUTO physical office but a meeting point where an EESYAUTO or EESYDRIVE agent gives you your rental vehicle with the keys and the rental agreement.
What do I need to rent with EESYAUTO?
At the time of vehicle collection, we will ask for your ID or passport, driver’s license and credit card. Please note that other types of bank cards, such as debit cards or prepaid cards, are not accepted.
What forms of payment are accepted?
In order to rent with EESYAUTO, the driver must present his credit card at the office. Debit cards, Maestro cards or prepaid cards are not accepted. Cash payments are also not allowed.
Where can I return the rental car?
One-way rentals between branches owned by EESYAUTO within the same zip code are normally free. If you wish to make the delivery in a different place, additional costs may be applied which you can consult in our rental information. If you wish, EESYAUTO can go to pick up your vehicle at your hotel or at the desired place (additional cost to consult). It is forbidden to use ferries both in national territory and abroad.
Is it possible to return the vehicle after office opening hours?
There is the possibility of returning the vehicle after office opening hours. This possibility is specified in the office hours if possible.
Can I use ferries?
The use of ferries is not allowed. EESYAUTO vehicles cannot be taken outside the islands, or from one island to another, or from the islands to the peninsula or vice versa.
How do I get to book the cheapest rates?
The rates quoted on our website offer you our best prices and automatically include the available offers.
What age-related provisions apply when renting a car with EESYAUTO?
You can rent vehicles with EESYAUTO from the age of 21 as well as the possession of a driving license for a minimum of 2 or 3 years. You will find more detailed information on age limitations in our rental conditions.
When do I pay for my rental car?
The settlement and payment of the total rental amount are actually made by charging your credit card upon delivery of the vehicle. In the case of prepaid rates, the rental amount will be billed at the time of booking.
